Northern Busway QLD Curtain Wall

In 2009 ABS designed, certified, manufactured and supplied 115, 600mm wide powdercoated aluminium Vertical Blades for one of the Northern Busway – Brisbane Infrastructure projects .
The project was challenging as the Blades had a high width to depth ratio and connection details had to accomodate a change in geometry of the supporting substructure in three dimensions.
Approximately 7 tonnes of Aluminium was used.
