ARTEMIS'intelligent manufacturing plant covers an area of over 133,333 square meters (approx. 33 acres). With synthetic biology and top-tier fermentation technology at its core, it leverages two major advantages—a combination of renewable energy and biomass energy, and biomass feedstocks such as corn, cassava and wheat—to build a low-carbon, green bio-manufacturing base, providing dual assurance of cost and quality for biosurfactant products.

ARTEMIS'intelligent manufacturing plant has established a full-process integrated intelligent fermentation system. Through three core systems—high-precision automatic fermentation control, low-energy separation and purification, and fully automated aseptic packaging and digital warehousing—it covers the entire production process from strain cultivation to finished product outbound. The plant can achieve large-scale annual production of 100,000 tons of rhamnolipids and sophorolipids , with applications in skincare & personal care, animal nutrition, agricultural & ecology, petroleum industry, and pharmaceutical.
